Our own dental laboratory in China

Since 2008, dentaltrade has had its own dental laboratory in Shenzhen, China. In the modern high-tech laboratory Expert Dental Lab (EDL), more than 250 orthodontic specialists are already manufacturing quality tooth replacements for our customers under the direction of German orthodontists. The German master orthodontists oversee the manufacture of the tooth replacement on location and conduct rigorous final inspections on our products.
Furthermore, for some years now, dentaltrade has been commissioning high-quality tooth replacements from a renowned laboratory in Turkey that is equipped to the highest standards.

Whether in China or in Turkey, all dentaltrade laboratories adhere strictly to German standards of quality and have been certified by the German TÜV SÜD group pursuant to EN ISO 9001:2000, EN ISO 9001:2008 and the newest EN ISO standard 13485:2003 and AC 2007. 

Only CE-tested brand-name products that comply with the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) are used. We only process materials from renowned manufacturers that are also used in German laboratories and will therefore be familiar to the dentist. Each product leaves dentaltrade with the legally required declaration of conformity, which contains an individual certification for the materials. dentaltrade thus provides full certification for the materials, so that, even many years later, it is possible to deduce which materials were used in the production of the tooth replacement. The tooth replacement manufactured by dentaltrade comes with a service guarantee of up to five years that exceeds that required by law.
