High quality tooth replacement

The dentaltrade tooth replacement is manufactured in our own dental laboratory in China as well as in the manufacturing laboratory in Turkey. All laboratories are certified by the German TÜV group according to EN ISO 9001:2000, 9001:2008 and EN ISO 13485:2007. The company also obtained certification according to EN ISO 13485:2003 + AC:2007 in 2010 for the company headquarters in Bremen.

The technical facilities in these laboratories comply with German standards. All orthodontists, both in Germany and abroad, are provided with further training during their professional activity to ensure they are always kept up-to-date with the current status in German dental technology.

We only collaborate with renowned German and European manufacturers in the production of tooth replacements as quality is our highest priority. Their materials all carry a CE mark and have been tested for biocompatibility. All materials used thus comply with the standards set by the German Medical Devices Act (MPG). Every finished tooth replacement is tested by a German master orthodontist directly at the production location, before it is subjected to the final inspection at the headquarters in Bremen.
